A Manifesto
Most gatherings weren’t built for us.
They were built for people who already have the connections, the confidence, and the cultural script for walking into a room and working it.
We know what it means to build from nothing. In countries that didn’t always welcome us.
We were taught to play it safe. To swallow our feelings and true opinions. That asking for help was a sign of weakness.
So we learned to build alone.
We gather because that ends here.
Every MWB gathering opens doors.
Doors to people.
Doors to skills.
Doors to healing.
Doors to belonging.
Doors to opportunity.
Doors to energy and resilience.
We are done building alone.
This is why we gather.
